Terri was born and raised in Alaska. After graduating from West High School in 1983, her first introduction to the world of Real Estate was in 1986 as an office assistant in her husband’s office. She became licensed herself in 2007 to work alongside him as one of the first “teams” in the Fairbanks area. Being in a proud military family (Butch served 33 years in the Ak Air National Guard and one son in the Navy), she has a special place in her heart to assist military families transition to life up north. Having raised her family here in the Fairbanks-North Pole area, She can’t say enough about our wonderful town. Of course, winters are long, but our community and the beauty we have all around us far make up for that. She enjoys spending time with her grandkids, serving in her church, camping, gardening, and hiking.
